Melissa leads the Risk and Governance function at Acenda and is responsible for enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and regulatory affairs.
Melissa is an experienced leader with over 25 years’ experience in risk management, transformation delivery and strategic advisory across insurance, financial planning, superannuation and asset management.
Prior to Acenda, Melissa has held executive leadership roles at icare, CBA, MetLife and ING focused on strategic transformation to uplift both business and customer outcomes.
Melissa is passionate about team development and working with individuals and teams to create a high performing culture where everyone works together to achieve great outcomes.
