Acenda offers support for customers and financial advisers impacted by NSW Mid-North Coast floods

Acenda is offering hardship support, including a premium waiver of up to three months, for eligible customers affected by the floods on the NSW Mid-North Coast. Financial advisers with impacted clients who may be facing financial difficulties should contact Acenda to discuss support options.

In addition to hardship support, Acenda is offering counselling and online health resources via its health and wellbeing service, Vivo, for customers and financial advisers.

Michael Downey, Acenda’s General Manager of Distribution said: “Natural disasters can bring unexpected stress and financial challenges. To help ease the burden, Acenda is offering a premium waiver of up to three months to ensure impacted customers can maintain their cover during this period. I encourage financial advisers with clients who may be experiencing financial hardship to contact us directly to discuss available support.”
