What documents/forms does Acenda accept digital signatures for?
We accept digital signatures, for the following:
- Alteration requests (Increase/Decrease), Cancellation requests
- Frequency change requests, Consumer Price Indexation (CPI) rejection requests
- Signed Cover Letter requests that don't fit the criteria described above
- New business application
Processes where we cannot accept DocuSign:
These processes require signatures to be witnessed and cannot have a digital signature attached:
- All Binding Beneficiary Nomination Forms
- Memorandum of Transfer
- Power of Attorney
- Statutory Declarations
- Any Money-Out processes, e.g., refunds
- Certified ID submissions
Please note: If the digital stamp, approval document, and serial number are missing from the submission, the request may be rejected due to insufficient authorisation.
