Lifestream Guaranteed Income - Income with a fixed term annuity

Lifestream Guaranteed Income is issued by Resolution Life Australasia Limited and brought to market under the Acenda Life brand.

Lifestream Guaranteed Income - Fixed term annuities provide guaranteed income for a set period, usually between 1 and 30 years. They deliver predictable payments, with the option for some or all of the original upfront payment returned at the end of the term.

Customers can choose monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly income payments and can choose an option to return all or a portion of the initial capital at the end of the term. This option is referred to as Residual Capital Value (RCV).

Why choose a fixed term annuity?

Income that’s guaranteed

Guaranteed regular income for a chosen term (1–30 years), regardless of market conditions.

Flexible product features

Customers can choose the payment frequency of the annuity and name their beneficiaries.

Withdrawals

When purchasing a fixed-term annuity, you have the flexibility to make a withdrawal and end the policy before the end of the term. In some cases, you may be able to make a partial withdrawal.

Setting a Residual Capital Value

Customers can choose between zero and 100% of their purchase price to be returned to them as a lump sum when the annuity matures.

Consumer Price Index (CPI)

To protect against rising living costs, customers can choose regular payments that increase annually in line with the CPI if their fixed term is longer than 6 years.

No hidden costs

No ongoing fees or hidden costs with the certainty of regular payments.
